Artist Statement: "This work forms part of my “Islander” series. Exotic in content and coloration, the woman looks down at the bunch of flowers as Eve perhaps about to partake of the forbidden fruit in the garden, or, is she  simply admiring the
beauty of the flowers. (my work after all is based on imagination).
The viewer can make the decision..
