Artist Statement: Vespera meaning heading towards dusk. Inspired by the autumn colours up in the mountains, and by the long La Niña wet season. It is a time when birds go home to their nests and vanish into the thickets and trees. Metaphorically speaking it is a time of reflection, thus the mirror image.
