CHG Directors Statement: Born in New South Wales in 1919, Irvine Homer is a primitive painter who generally depicts bush scenes. His works are represented in the National Collection in Canberra. Several works by Homer have been sold at auction, including 'Bucking in the Yard' sold at Lawson-Menzies 'Lawson-Menzies Fine Art Sale' in 2010. The artist died in 1980.
