CHG Director's Statement: John Coburn is represented in collections of the National Gallery of Australia, the Art Gallery of NSW, the Museum of Contemporary Art, Rome’s Vatican Museum, Vienna’s Graphische Sammlung Albertina, as well as state and regional galleries in Australia. A new record for Coburn was set at Christie’s Mertz sale in June 2000 when Canticle of the Sun attracted $55,200.
